Cancellation and Refund Policy - North Point Eatery (Hops and Barley)

Thank you for choosing North Point Eatery! We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for both reservations and online orders.

Reservations:

  • Cancellation with 48 hours notice or more: We are happy to offer a full refund for any reservation cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may be able to reschedule your reservation for a different date and time, subject to availability.

Online Orders:

  • Cancellation before order confirmation: You can cancel your online order at any time before it is confirmed. To cancel, simply navigate to your order confirmation email and follow the provided instructions.
  • Cancellation after order confirmation: Once your order has been confirmed, we unfortunately cannot offer cancellations or refunds. This is because we begin preparing your food immediately upon confirmation.

How to Cancel:

  • Reservations: You can cancel your reservation by calling us at [7505412185] or by replying to your confirmation email.
  • Online Orders: If your order has not yet been confirmed, you can cancel it directly through your order confirmation email.
