Assistant Restaurant Manager

1. Lead team of servers, bussers, and kitchen staff in providing excellent customer service

2. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including menu planning and inventory management

3. Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

4. Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained during all shifts

5. Train new staff on policies, procedures, and job duties

6. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

7. Monitor operational costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses

8. Prepare monthly financial reports for management review

9. Develop promotional activities to increase sales

10. Requirements:

11. Proven experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role

12. Understanding of restaurant operations including; customer service, financials, inventory management etc.

13. Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
